The
Stanley Leadership Program (SLP) is a cross-functional rotational program.
The objective is to provide associates the opportunity to experience
several different roles within the various functions at Stanley. This
challenging program consists of a minimum of three assignments. Each
of these assignments allows partcipants to become familiar with how
we do business.
SLP is a fast-track program designed to accelerate and
facilitate the development of future leaders. The program offers invaluable
experiences for associates seeking challenging development opportunities
to jump-start their careers.
Our SLP program is very selective. We are looking
for individuals with outstanding academic performance and leadership
experience. Applicants must be willing to relocate and be career-minded
team players. It provides entry-level associates a very focused highly
visible, fast-track career opportunity. If you feel that you are up
